All returns must be postmarked within Seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Customers can return the product within 7 days from the delivery date.
Return/Exchange Product must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging

Only Size Exchange is allowed in the exchange section.

In case of Manufacturing defect , for all shipped return , we will provide you a Rs 100 cashback for self-shipment

We accept Returns for products purchased directly from desktop/mobile sites or app. 

Shipping cost cannot be refunded as the logistic company doesn’t refund the amount to us. Only the product amount will be refunded.

For self-ship returns product, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and fixed amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy

Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully—our courier partner will pick-up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the Return request by you

Both return and exchange on the same order should be done in the same go to avoid complication.

If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return

We do not allow the return/exchange of a Monthly Sale item before buying it kindly check offer details. Return/exchange is only permitted if the product(s) delivered to you is/are wrong or damaged. In case you receive a wrong/damaged product, please drop a mail to within 72 hours of receipt of the product to process the exchange/return.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Product Box, Return Invoice , Return Form, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
